"We had an interesting and very personalised tour of the city. Mia is a very warm person who immediately understood what we would like to see and experience. Maybe it's also because she lived and worked in Berlin for a while and therefore knew what we would like to see and possibly enjoy. Of course, we also briefly mentioned our wishes.😊\nMia made us feel comfortable and we didn't run from one sight to the next with headphones in our ears and little time for our surroundings. For us, less is always more and that's why we always book private guided tours.\nMia has a good historical background and knows Copenhagen very well because she went to school here, grew up there and has witnessed changes in the city. "We arrived at 7:00 am in Copenhagen from an over flight from Montreal. We checked into our hotel, took a 2 hour nap, a swim, and then a 5 hour walking tour of the city with Bo Michael. We couldn’t have had a better first day! Bo first asked us what we wanted to see, and when we handed it back to him, we clearly were in good hands. Copenhagen is an easy city to walk in and we covered a lot! Christianshavn, the city center and most of the important sites there, and then he took us on the metro to a more residential area called Vesterbro, for which we were grateful to get a taste of. Bo was extremely informative of the history and culture, while sharing his own stories of living in Copenhagen. We even appreciated how much we saw and learned from Bo the next day when we met up with our family who have lived here all their lives and they were impressed with everything we learned and saw.
