"Thank you Ann for such a wonderful afternoon in Helsinki! We stopped in this city on our way to Paris for an afternoon and an overnight and booked this tour to learn about the city. Ann was our guide and we are lucky for it. She is charming, warm, and taught us so much about this lovely, but cold, part of the world. I felt badly because although the locals thought the weather was particularly nice, I was absolutely freezing from the wind and not properly dressed, so I had to cut our tour short by about 30 minutes. If it hadn't been for that, we could have enjoyed Ann's company for much longer.
