"From the beginning, meeting her in the courtyard of the Louvre, she was full of energy and got us going. It was great to go the \"back way\" into the museum that the tour guides have access to. Fe had a set plan and route for us to see the popular and well known pieces but along the way she gave us interesting history and background of the museum and the history and development of art. She helped us understand and see the changes over time in how sculptors and artists changed their styles and forms. It felt like we got an advanced understanding of art history as part of the package. After our time was up, she also helped us get oriented to go and see other pieces that were on our list. An all around enjoyable and informative experience. "

"Our first trip to Paris was unforgettable, thanks to Alexia! She gave us the perfect mix of history, culture, food, and fun. From Notre Dame and the Marais to Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. Along the way, she introduced us to amazing local treats like Maison Georges Larnicol, Ladurée, and Les Merveilleux de Fred. We also stopped for shopping along the way and having Alexia with us for language assistance made it much easier. \n\nWhat really stood out was Alexia’s knowledge and passion. Every stop had a story, and she made the city come alive with details we never would have found on our own. \n\nShe balanced sightseeing with hidden gems and gave us time to soak in each moment, whether it was strolling through a garden, enjoying lunch in Montmartre, or taking in the rooftop view at Galeries Lafayette. She knew which shops to go into and which to avoid. This was helpful in the pastry shops! \n\nShe also helped us navigate the city and the different arrondissements. We never had to look at our phones for directions! \n\nEven more, she felt more like a friend than just a guide- warm, thoughtful, and fun to spend time with. For a first-time visit, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Alexia!"

"On the way to meet Carlos for our tour, I discovered I was another victim of a Paris Metro pickpocket. While I was careful to guard my wallet, holding on while standing exposed my holstered mobile phone. Carlos helped us get to the third police station to file a report (the first two claimed to be unable to do so) and to communicate with the authorities to facilitate this process. After we completed the report, we set about on the tour and Carlos helped us to take our minds off the potential consequences of the information possibly in the wrong hands. We benefited from his personable demeanor and knowledge of the sights we planned to visit. Anyone electing to choose Carlos should be more than pleased with that engagement. "
