"Our first trip to Paris was unforgettable, thanks to Alexia! She gave us the perfect mix of history, culture, food, and fun. From Notre Dame and the Marais to Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. "On the way to meet Carlos for our tour, I discovered I was another victim of a Paris Metro pickpocket. While I was careful to guard my wallet, holding on while standing exposed my holstered mobile phone. Carlos helped us get to the third police station to file a report (the first two claimed to be unable to do so) and to communicate with the authorities to facilitate this process. After we completed the report, we set about on the tour and Carlos helped us to take our minds off the potential consequences of the information possibly in the wrong hands.
