He took us both by foot and in vehicle to see some of the most amazing sites. He took us down some paths less traveled, some incredible scenic views, and through the hustle bustle must see areas of Napoli. The multiple food stops along the way really was some incredible delicacies of sweet savory and of course, fried. After eating the multigenerational real deal Neapolitan pizza, I don’t think I can ever have pizza anywhere else again. "It’s very difficult to put into words our tour with Gennaro, as I was quite moved by the end of it. Gennaro highlighted the complexities of this incredible city as he guided us around. He sees the city from the eyes of a local, but also from the eyes of an outsider, thanks to time he also spends away from Naples. He explained Naples’ history, how it developed, and how it works today. We walked the main streets, wandered the Spanish Quarter and also took the Funicular to see a truly amazing view of sprawling Naples. We learnt about the light and shade of the city, cultural elements, superstition, religion, food, music, tourism and education. Gennaro is so passionate about Naples and we were incredibly grateful for the time we spent with him (we also did a pizza making class and food tour with Gennaro - all incredible). I would highly recommend this to anyone!"

"Excellent tour! I was a lone traveler so it was just myself and Federica! The tour is the same price if you’re alone or a family but it was well worth it to me. I had limited time to spend in Napoli and wanted to make the most of it. She was very informative regarding the history of the area! You could tailor this tour to what you were interested in knowing and seeing. It was a well spent afternoon and I’m so glad I chose this. We went through local sights, local food market shopping, and neighborhoods I may not have discovered on my own. Being with a local was great! We had an espresso together and I was directed to a great pizza place for dinner. A great way to end my visit to Italy. Thank you!"
